Position Summary :
This role is responsible for processing customer orders and working directly with the Automotive Tools/Automotive Equipment Sales team and end-users to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
Job Responsibilities :
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and effective order fulfillment. Work directly with end-user customers to address inquiries and provide exceptional service regarding delivery and product needs. Assist in managing customer concerns or issues related to post-sales service. Ensure a seamless delivery and service process to meet customer expectations. Apply a strong understanding of automotive tools and equipment to provide knowledgeable support to customers. Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure customer lead times are up to date and accurate. Coordinate with vendors to resolve after-sale service issues quickly and satisfactorily. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
2+ years of experience working with automotive tools and equipment. 2+ years of experience in a post-sales or customer service role. Demonstrated customer focus with a problem-solving mindset. Proven ability to work well with cross-functional teams. Strong communication, organizational and English language skills. Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken, preferred.
