Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients. Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HVAC industry. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
