Sales Coordinator The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales/Catering department by performing administrative tasks and helping ensure everything runs smoothly. The role includes communicating with clients and other departments to make sure events are well-coordinated. You will assist in promoting the hotel and follow up with clients as needed. Additionally, you’ll provide friendly and efficient service to guests and help achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer client questions about the hotel’s services and facilities. Serve as the main contact for clients via phone and email. Work closely with the sales team to support their activities. Generate reports and prepare sales documents like proposals and contracts. Help sell rooms, meeting spaces, and additional services to clients. Keep sales account files organized. Maintain inventory of sales supplies and materials.
Requirements:
Experience in sales or a similar administrative role is preferred. Good customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills. Well-organized with a problem-solving attitude. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible availability, including weekends.
