Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
