Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals. Identifying new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and industry partners. Presenting and promoting our services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs. Tracking and analyzing sales performance to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Management) to align sales efforts with company objectives. Staying up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a motivated sales professional with: Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in healthcare, home care, or a related field. Strong sales skills , including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients. A proactive, self-driven approach with a commitment to achieving results. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
