Job Description:

Join our Hemp Division as a Sales Representative Overlay, where you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our products. We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual eager to develop strong customer relationships and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for increasing customer business.
  • Leverage data to enhance sales performance and meet company goals.
  • Develop a sales pipeline to increase revenue beyond current business levels.
  • Plan and execute strategic account visits to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Tailor sales strategies to align with customer growth plans and buying styles.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive products.
Planning & Preparation:
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and launching new products.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing brand and market strategies.
Execution:
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and promotional objectives.
  • Ensure product rotation standards are maintained in all accounts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of sales experience; additional customer service experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the industry and a strong passion for our products.
  • Excellent time management and self-motivation.
  • Customer-centric, service-oriented approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and confident communication skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
