• Conduct makeupapplications, skincare analyses and recommend products based oncustomer’s beauty goals
• Collaborate with team members to create awelcoming and inclusive environment for all customers
• Set andachieve sales goals, for both in-store and digital selling witheffective use of selling tools (inclusive of text and social media)
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events andservices
• Keep department customer-ready through organization andcleanliness
• Keep up with the latest beauty trends, products, andindustry knowledge through trainings provided by Nordstrom andbrand partners
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and buildcustomer loyalty by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accountsYou Own This If You Have….
• Passion for customer service andbeauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare
• Excellent ability to connect with customers, proactively handlecustomer concerns and contribute to a positive team environment
• Empathy and respect for all customers, providing a supportiveenvironment during makeup and skincare application
