Cabinet Design/Sales Duties:
- Design cabinetry
- Meet with clients
- Quote jobs
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in design/sales or a related field using 20/20 design software
- Experienced knowledge of cabinetry and cabinet design
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
- Knowledge of layout design, 20/20, various software such as Word, Adobe, etc…
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but no required
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Experience working with home builders, remodelers, interior designers, and homeowners
