This is an outdoor, door-to-door canvassing role where your hustle,attitude, and drive determine your paycheck. - $60,000
- $120,000+ per year based onperformance

Responsibilities:
- Knock on doors, make introductions, and build trust withhomeowners
- Educate clients about roofing, siding, gutters, and exteriorservices (full training provided)
- Set appointments and guide customers through their homeimprovement options
- Manage follow-up and appointments through our CRM
- Attend weekly sales meetings, training sessions, andworkshops
- Collaborate with the production team to deliver great customerexperiences
- Always represent YES Contracting Services with energy andprofessionalism
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills-you love meeting newpeople
- Highly competitive and goal-driven-you hate losing more thanyou love winning
- Ready to work outdoors and canvass neighborhoods daily
- Positive, coachable, and ready to work harder than the guy nextto you
- No prior sales experience needed-we’ll train the rightperson
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- High school diploma required; college degree a plus, but notmandatory
