Responsibilities:

• Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner.
• Uncover the priorities of the buyers and then locate homes thatmatch their needs and wants and show them the homes.
• Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leaderapproach.

Qualifications:

• TN real estate license or willing to get one.
• Works well in a self-directed manner & a great team player.
• Highly economically motivated.
• Provide exceptional buyer experiences.
