We’re looking for hunters-driven, competitive, and coachablesales pros ready to hit the streets and close deals for roofingprojects in the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. This is a door-to-door, outside sales role for people who thrive onface-to-face interaction and love the chase. We’re looking for repswho can stay focused, follow a proven system, and do the daily workthat gets results. You’ll be trained and supported by a company with decades ofexperience and a reputation for excellence. Your primary role willbe selling residential roofing, but once you prove yourself, you’llearn the opportunity to quote and sell additional services likesiding, decks, and commercial exteriors. We reward closers with upside commissions, weekly pay, and aculture that celebrates success. Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs and assess property conditions to create accuratejob scopes
- Present solutions, negotiate pricing, and close deals on-sitewhen possible
- Guide homeowners through insurance claims and retailoptions
- Document and track sales activity using the company CRM andtools
- Collaborate with production and office staff to ensure smoothjob execution
- Attend weekly meetings, report progress, and stay accountableto goals
- Uphold YES’s reputation for professionalism, honesty, andfollow-through
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience-especially door-to-door or in-homeclosing-is a big plus
- Must be self-motivated, structured, and competitive with astrong work ethic
- Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods, climbing ladders, andinspecting roofs
- Quick learner who takes coaching and turns it into results
- Strong communication and closing skills-you can read ahomeowner and build trust fast
- CRM experience is helpful but not required (we’ll trainyou)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- High school diploma required; higher education orcertifications are a plus
