Schedule:

1st Shift | Monday•

Friday:

8:00 AM•5:00 PM Occasional ½ Day on Saturdays as needed

Pay:

Starting at $18/hr. , based on experience

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of prior sales experience Experience in the construction industry highly preferred Strong communication, computer, organization, and customer service skills Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle product inquiries Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their metal building needs. Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demonstrations. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the construction team to provide accurate project estimates and timelines. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and managing customer accounts. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position products.
