Full-Time, Salary, Non-Exempt Job Summary The primary responsibility of the Support Specialist is to help provide support to participants of retirement plans that ERISA Consultants services via phone, email, chat, and web. In addition to this role, your duties would also include supporting the internal team in various areas, and gathering experience across various departments. There is a need for a candidate that is fluent in both English and Spanish, to assist our Spanish-speaking participants that contact ERISA Consultants for support. This would extend to their input on collateral and promotional material made available in both English and Spanish. ERISA Consultants works as a collaborative team, so you will be engaged on numerous projects and initiatives. Every employee of the firm is cross-trained in different areas, so we welcome a willingness to be flexible and learn. Responsibilities & Duties Participant support (email, phone, chat) Year-End Compliance Support Collaborate with & assist internal team Assisting in company collateral, presentations, handouts, etc. Qualifications & Skills Strong commitment to company goals and values Perform the tasks assigned in an orderly and prompt manner Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Continually improve all technical skills Be committed to the success of each team member Attention to detail Proficient in Excel Willingness to adapt to a new system Work well with teams and various projects Education & Background Areas of focus similar to those listed below are recommended: Bachelor’s degree in communications Bachelor’s degree in business administration Bachelor’s degree in marketing Salary & Benefits + Base salary: $50,000

PTO:
