You will be set up for success with our hands-on training and a guaranteed bonus of $1000 per month for the first 90 days. Position Summary
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales, increasing billed revenue, and new patients/customers. Continuity between the patients, clinics, community, physician practice, and the home setting to maximize patient satisfaction with services is key to the success of this position. The focus will be on obtaining, processing, and completing orders accurately and timely to ensure patient needs are met.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

Effectively working through a high volume of inbound/outbound calls using our existing patient base.
No cold calls.
Obtains all required information from patients to ensure complete, accurate, and timely processing of supply orders.
On-site call center position. Uncapped commission.
Paid training with guaranteed bonus the first 90 days.
In office 5 days a week. Compensation
Adapthealth is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $55K – $70K+ which includes base salary and commissions.

Requirements

Minimum Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; Associate Degree from an accredited college is preferred
One (1) year work related in health care, administrative, insurance, customer services, or management regardless of industry
B2B or B2C Sales preferred
