Job Summary:

Carlock Motorcars Nashville (dba. Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lotus, Maserati & Rolls-Royce of Nashville) is an exotic automotive dealer seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant with a proven track record in luxury sales, hospitality, or customer service. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through personalized customer engagement, strategic sales initiatives, and cultivating strong relationships with our discerning clientele. You will also ensure that the unique value of each brand is communicated effectively, positioning our vehicles as the premier choice for luxury automotive enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and meet or exceed established targets for each luxury automotive brand. Ability to interact with high-net-worth clients and close sales. Maintain deep product knowledge across multiple luxury brands to serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and personalized attention. Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective pricing strategies and product positioning. Represent the dealership at exclusive events and private showings to engage potential clients and promote the brand’s prestige.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven success in luxury sales, hospitality, or customer service setting with a focus on high-end clientele. Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and closing strategies. Eagerness to learn and represent multiple luxury brands with confidence and expertise. Prior experience in the luxury industry is ideal, with a passion for high-end vehicles. Proficiency with CRM systems, General Technology, and a Quick Learner.
