Job Description
Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking a Mortgage Sales Support Coordinator with exceptional organizational and communication skills to join our mortgage team. Candidates must exhibit professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills as well as be detail oriented. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, be able to work independently and have exceptional interpersonal skills when communicating with all levels of the organization. This role could be local to Evansville, IN, Louisville, KY, or Nashville, TN. If interested, please proceed by clicking apply. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide sales support to Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and their Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) in all LFCU branches. Work with RVPs on Unassigned Applications and Lead Flow. Work with RVPs to do research to find loan files, research history on loans, moves, or reassign loan files based on research findings. Research and identify new branding and community involvement opportunities to be presented to RVP to review. Support local mortgage teams with office supplies needed for current staff and new hires. Assist accounting with documentation for credit card and various billings. Manage the online subscription services and billing. Order standard business cards for all regions upon request utilizing the Marketing Service Portal. Conduct joint meetings via Teams with RVPs to assist with realtor needs, co-branding opportunities, setting up sponsorship events, etc. Assist the RVP with the monitoring of new applicants in the applicant tracking system. Assist RVPs in managing the flow of recruiting applications. Provide periodic spot checks of each posting. Communicate with individual RVPs on updates. Encourage RVPs to regularly clear out old applications by changing statuses. Assist the RVP with the withdrawing of loans to ensure timely compliance. Regularly monitor the loan pipeline and bring attention to loans that are past the normal cycle for decisioning. Any other duties requested by supervisor(s) of management as needed.
Minimum requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of previous sales or marketing experience Must have strong Microsoft Office skills Experience with CRM and LOS system preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management skills Must be able to achieve all aspects of job performance while adhering to the credit union Mission, Vision and Values.
