General Duties andResponsibilities:
Build rapport with prospective buyers, determinebuyer’s housing needs and interests, demonstrate our model homeand/or inventory homes and lots based on the prospect’s needsConvert community traffic to sales at the projected ratio Follow upwith all potential buyers in order to convert to sales; prospectand develop referral contacts Present the value of using ourpreferred lender and achieve the preferred lender capture rate goalEnsure that all prospects fill out a Prospect Registration andenter all information into Hubspot Manage buyer through the design,loan, start, construction, and closing process to ensure timelycompletion of buyer activities; coordinate appointments and followup as needed Maintain a constant line of communication with buyersand assist them through the entire process from prospect throughclosing and warranty; keep the customer informed of the status ofhome at each stage of the process Troubleshoot and offersuggestions for solving any problems which may lead to a delayedclosing; handle problems in a timely fashion Maintain a high levelof integrity and customer satisfaction, meet company goals forClosing Survey results Develop a thorough knowledge of homefeatures, options pricing, and design center selections andeffectively communicate those to prospects and buyers Know currentmarket conditions; update CMA as required by Management Host andattend realtor events; coordinate events such as model home grandopenings and referral events
Qualifications :
