THINGS TO EXPECT

Fully performance-based compensation package (no salary/hourly rate) Average first-year income: $52,000 (commissions + bonuses) TOP performers can make $80,000+ in their first year Business-to-business sales, marketing, and consulting Advancement opportunities We are looking for someone to help both new and current clients create or enhance their employee benefits package. You will be an employee benefits consultant, which involves learning about a potential client’s benefits challenges and explaining how we can help, as well as provide ongoing service to existing clients. As a business-to-business sales professional you will be partnering with C-Suite level executives, Presidents, HR managers, and small business owners. No experience is needed, as we have a comprehensive training program that provides all the tools for success. You can work for yourself, but don’t have do it all on your own. You must be willing and able to obtain a Life & Health insurance license if you don’t already have one (not required to apply/interview). The cost of study materials for the insurance exams will be covered for the right candidate.
