As demand for our product increases, we’re looking for a Sales Representative with some experience to join our team and help manage the growing volume of demo requests, customer referrals, and new leads. This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in sales who’s ready to make a bigger impact in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. You’ll work closely with our existing sales rep (who’s currently swamped with demand!) to reach more shop owners and help them discover how OktoRocket can transform their business.

Responsibilities Grow Our Customer Base:

Reach out to new leads (many referred by current customers), respond to inbound interest, and identify new sales opportunities. Give Demos that

Wow:

Conduct live demos for shop owners and managers, highlighting how OktoRocket improves their workflow and boosts profits.

New Customer Acquisition:

Convert prospects into happy customers through great communication, trust-building, and a clear understanding of their goals.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Keep your CRM updated with activity, notes, and follow-ups to stay organized and effective.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Provide feedback to our customer success and product teams to ensure we continuously improve our offering.

Stay Informed:

Learn our product well enough to explain key features and benefits in plain language — no deep technical skills required, just curiosity and coachability. Qualifications 1-3 years of sales experience , ideally in software, SaaS, tech-enabled services, or B2B environments. Confidence in giving virtual presentations and answering questions live. Strong communication skills — you can speak with clarity and listen with intent. A natural listener who can match our product to the customer’s unique needs. A self-starter who is proactive, organized, and hungry to grow. Comfortable using tools like Zoom, CRMs (like HubSpot or Zoho), email automation, etc. A team player who shares knowledge and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation Structure:

Base salary of $50,000 annually + a monthly commission based on Net New Revenue. There is no cap on the commission earnings!
