Our brick-and-mortar storefront is locally owned and operated in Lebanon, TN. We specialize in stocking multiple nationally known brands of construction, agricultural and farming equipment including attachments and accessories. The ideal candidate for this position will be an integrative member of our sales team to drive growth within the company by building trust and relationships with our customers for continued sales and rentals.
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers into the store. Continued knowledge about our products and inventory. Explaining to customers the best products for their needs. Recommending additional products and services to fill the customer’s need. Explaining the benefits, functions and maintenance of products and services offered by the company that are necessary to the customer’s needs. Accepting and processing orders, operating the POS and Rental systems. Promoting special sales and events the company offers.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
In-depth knowledge of construction, agricultural and farming equipment. Excellent sales and communication skills. Working knowledge of POS and Rental systems. This position is in person. Outside sales will be 4 days on the road and 1 day in the office each week. Once hired, a company phone will be provided. Salary and sales commission based on experience.
