Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing customers Guide customers through product selections, pricing, and order processes Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions Collaborate with warehouse and store teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment Handle quotes, orders, and follow-up communications in a professional manner Assist in maintaining an organized showroom and product displays Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs Stay informed on product knowledge, pricing, and inventory updates
