We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Business Analytics Representative to support both front-line customer interactions and back-end sales analytics. What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with professionalism and accuracy. Prepare competitive price quotations based on customer specifications and market data. Process customer orders and support order tracking, inventory management, and scheduling. Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts – new and existing – through consistent communication and service. Collaborate with other company locations and departments to fulfill customer expectations. Resolve issues related to orders, invoices, and deliveries. Analyze sales data, customer buying patterns, and profit margins to inform pricing and sales strategies. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to track performance and support sales planning and team effectiveness. Assist with projects in pricing, forecasting, and segmentation. Support sales leadership with packaging proposals and administrative tasks.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Self-starter with sound judgment and a passion for growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools. CRM experience is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally. Why Join Us?
