The Crew Chief role plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of a crew involved in repairing and stabilizing foundations. This role is responsible for leading a team of Technicians to execute foundation repair projects efficiently and in accordance with industry standards. What you’ll do: Supervise and lead teams while providing guidance and support. Foster a safety-conscious and collaborative team culture. Maintain open and clear communications with crew members and Project Managers. Ensures company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools and other assets are properly maintained. Ensures the team is providing remarkable customer experience and satisfaction. Maintaining impeccable installation quality in a timely manner. What you’ll need: Servant-leader mindset.
