Automotive Sales Administrator Team Automotive Staffing East Hartford, CT 06108 Job description Position Overview We’re currently seeking a Sales Administrator at Gengras Volvo in East Hartford . This role is essential to supporting our sales team by managing key administrative tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a smooth customer and team experience. Key Responsibilities Organize and maintain sales records and deal documentation Assist in processing sales orders, contracts, and DMV-related paperwork Break down deals and receipt in sales accurately Apply for factory incentives and reimbursements Coordinate vehicle swaps with other dealerships Serve as a backup receptionist, greeting customers and handling phone traffic Manage petty cash, deposits, incoming mail, and scanning Support the sales team and cross-functional departments as needed Contribute to sales reports and internal communication processes Qualifications Prior administrative or office support experience (automotive industry a plus) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with file/document management systems Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service What We Offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation (2 weeks starting Day 1!)
