The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective employee development, lead generation, and direct sales strategies. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue. Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research. Conduct development trainings with sales reps and store managers to achieve goals. Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales initiatives. Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed. Experience Proven experience in direct sales.
