As a BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in our service team, serving as the initial point of contact for potential customers. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads, conducting follow-up communications, and scheduling appointments for our service department. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering an outstanding car-buying experience.

Duties :

Perform all other Business Development duties as assigned. Update and maintain customer information in the dealership’s CRM system. Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and guide customers through the sales process. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth handover of leads. Serve as a middle person between our outsourced BDC agents and our in house sales team. Coordinate daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the team. Assist in automotive sales processes, providing support to the sales team as needed. Maintain organized records of sales activities. Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and team members.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience and success in customer service, sales, call center, telemarketing or automotive BDC positions Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Dedication to providing an excellent customer experience. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments. Basic understanding of sales processes and a willingness to learn. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
