Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a career in a dynamic and fast-paced consumer goods environment, with exposure to national retailers, branded products, and cross-functional teams. The Sales Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes and customer service functions, while providing administrative support that allows the sales team to focus on growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with item setups, quote forms, pricing sheets, and new customer documentation. Maintain accurate records of product catalogs and customer-specific requirements. Assist in preparing sales presentations, line reviews, and retailer templates. Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, product development, operations, quality) to meet customer needs. Manage sales databases, CRM tools, and shared files to keep information organized and up to date. Help prepare for trade shows and meetings with buyers.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role—ideally within consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a positive, proactive attitude. Familiarity with item setup portals or retail systems is a plus. Desire to grow within a collaborative, high-energy team.
