The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients. Responsibilities Develop and maintain effective scheduling systems for Sod, Mulch, and Plant deliveries. Work as a cashier taking payments and sending invoices to customers. Communicate with team for schedules, orders, and day to day operations. Collaborate with other departments to align scheduling practices with overall business objectives. Managing inventory of products. Skills Strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interactions with team members and clients. Problem-solving mindset, capable of handling unexpected changes or challenges efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
