Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, website inquiries, and referrals with urgency, professionalism, and empathy Qualify potential clients using a structured intake process Effectively communicate the firm’s value and persuade qualified leads to schedule consultations Manage and follow up with leads using our CRM to ensure no opportunity is missed Work closely with attorneys and staff to hand off qualified clients smoothly Collect initial case information and relevant documents when needed Maintain accurate records and hit key performance metrics

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience (legal experience is a plus, but not required) Excellent phone and communication skills—confident, empathetic, and persuasive Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals

Tech-savvy:
