Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage warranty claims and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient processing and resolution.

Skills:

• Proficient in computer applications for data entry and record keeping
• Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures is a plus
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Duties:

• Process warranty claims promptly and accurately
• Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and approvals
• Reconcile schedules, payments, and credits.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely resolution
• Other administrative and accounting duties.
