• Position Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Renovation Consultant. This position will involve working closely with clients to understand their renovation needs, recruiting top-tier general contractors, and ultimately growing into a Sales Force Manager role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to lead.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation:

• Act as the primary contact for clients seeking renovation services.
• Assess client needs, provide expert advice, and create tailored renovation solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and costs.

• Contractor Recruitment:

• Identify and recruit skilled general contractors to join our network.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Conduct interviews and vetting processes to select the best candidates for renovation projects.

• Sales Growth:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

• Leadership Development:

• Participate in training programs to develop leadership skills.
• Mentor and support junior sales staff as the team grows.
• Transition into a Sales Force Manager role, overseeing a team of sales consultants.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
