Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Renovation Consultant. This position will involve working closely with clients to understand their renovation needs, recruiting top-tier general contractors, and ultimately growing into a Sales Force Manager role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:
- Act as the primary contact for clients seeking renovation services.
- Assess client needs, provide expert advice, and create tailored renovation solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and costs.

Contractor Recruitment:
- Identify and recruit skilled general contractors to join our network.
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Conduct interviews and vetting processes to select the best candidates for renovation projects.

Sales Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Leadership Development:
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership skills.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff as the team grows.
- Transition into a Sales Force Manager role, overseeing a team of sales consultants.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
