Full Job Description Leadership and Team Management:
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of BDC representatives. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes teamwork and individual growth. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help team members achieve goals. Delegate responsibilities effectively and empower team members to take ownership of their work.
Lead Generation and Sales Process:
Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation through inbound and outbound calling campaigns. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead qualification, appointment setting, and conversion rates. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Implement and optimize BDC processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Provide ongoing coaching and support to BDC representatives to improve their sales skills and techniques.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and present regular reports on BDC performance to management. Communicate effectively with team members, sales representatives, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in BDC management.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement sales and revenue growth strategies for the BDC department. Set and achieve ambitious sales goals for the team. Collaborate with sales representatives to close deals and maximize revenue. Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a BDC or sales management role.
