Experienced Drainage & Irrigation Technicians, Job Supervisors, & Salesperson – Pensacola, FL Reflections Landscaping is growing fast, and we’re looking for experienced, hard-working professionals to join our team! We are currently hiring for Drainage & Irrigation Technicians, Job Supervisors, and a Salesperson who take pride in quality work, communicate clearly, and want to grow with a well-established, respected company. ⸻ ????

TECHNICIANS

Pay:

$170-$250 per day to start + bonuses

Schedule:

40-60 hours/week, weekends off

Requirements:

• Experience with French drain and channel drain installation, downspout redirection, and stormwater control
• Familiar with irrigation systems – installation and repair
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Must be confident driving trucks with trailers—and not afraid of small bridges
• Must be drug-free, dependable, and ready to work outdoors in various conditions ⸻ ????️

JOB SUPERVISORS

Pay:

$200-$400 per day to start + bonuses

Schedule:

40-60 hours/week, weekends off

Additional Requirements:

• All technician skills listed above,

PLUS:

• Proven experience managing 3-5 man crews on job sites
• Ability to read scopes of work, manage timelines, and communicate clearly with clients and the office
• Leadership mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a major plus ⸻ ????

SALESPERSON

Pay:

Commission-based with base pay, depending on experience

Requirements:

• Verifiable sales experience in landscaping and outdoor construction
• Strong knowledge of pavers, concrete, plants/softscaping, fencing, tree removal, and especially drainage and irrigation systems
• Ability to diagnose drainage problems, identify causes of erosion, and design effective solutions
• Confident in writing clear, detailed proposals
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
