Job Description

Leadership Responsibilities Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the reservation’s sales team.

Monitor individual and team performance; provide regular coaching and feedback to improve results.

Set and track sales targets aligned with business goals.

Train new hires and deliver ongoing training to maintain high levels of product knowledge and effective sales techniques.

Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports in collaboration with management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.

Provide guests with detailed information about accommodations, rates, and services.

Accurately process reservations, modifications, and cancellations in accordance with company policies.

Use effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into bookings and meet revenue targets.

Collaborate with departments such as Owner Relations, Operations, and Guest Services to resolve issues and enhance the overall guest experience.

Respond to escalated customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Assist in updating reservations and managing special requests.
