Be part of a winning team! Ron Jon Surf Shop Pensacola Beach is currently seeking a full time Shift Supervisor! This role works front line sales setting the example for our team displaying good salesmanship and positive customer interactions, helps manage the sales floor, back of house functions and acts as fill in store management. This position requires strong communication skills, work ethic and leadership skills. A positive and professional demeanor is required.
This position is a 40 hour a week schedule with 2 consecutive days off.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Previous leadership experience.
18 years or older.
Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers.
Working with other store associates to keep our store clean, organized and visually appealing.
Processing sales transactions in a quick and friendly manner.
Be able to be stand/walk for extended periods of time.
