Candidate must be a 220 licensed agent. This position can be a 6 figure position and our commission pay at Commercial Insurance Specialists is above industry average. Commercial Property and Casualty Sales Producer Responsibilities:

- Experience with EPIC Software a plus
- Must have at least 5 years of commercial lines experience in a sales and service capacity
- Must have a 220 license
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Takes initiative and displays a sense of urgency
- Detail orientated with strong organizational skills
- Prioritization and a high sense of urgency to respond to clients is a must
