Description
As a BDC Associate you will:
monitor and contact internet leads
work directly with customers to help determine their automotive needs
schedule customer appointments to meet with a sales associate to complete the buying process
follow up and maintain relationships with former customers
work in a team environment
complete daily tasks in a timely manner
Qualifications
Prior customer service experience
Prior BDC experience a plus
good verbal and written communication skills
basic computer skills
positive attitude
dependable
valid driver’s license
