About The Role:
Hybrid position: some days you will close sales in person at the clinic; on other days you may work remotely to handle phone-based sales and follow-up. This position revolves around communicating with potential and existing clients, expertly closing deals, and managing accounts. You’ll book and schedule clients, ensuring a seamless service experience via phone, email, and other key communication channels. Your focus is on turning every interaction into an opportunity for growth and client success. Fluency in both Spanish and English is crucial. You will interact with clients in both languages.

Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement:
Proactively take both inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt assistance to leads and addressing their needs.
Multi-Channel Communication:
Respond to all inbound inquiries, whether via text message, social media, email, or other platforms, ensuring a timely and professional interaction.
Follow-Up Strategies:
Develop and implement effective action plans for following up with leads to secure consultations and advance them through the sales process.
Sales Closure:
Work closely with potential and existing clients to finalize deals, leveraging product knowledge and sales acumen.
Client Meetings:
Conduct in-depth meetings with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel toward becoming clients.
Client Retention and Re-Acquisition:
Engage with past clients regularly to explore opportunities for re-engagement and re-acquisition.
Customer Service Support:
Assist clients with customer service needs, such as scheduling and answering service-related inquiries, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Compensation:
Base Pay:
$22 per hour.
Incentive:
$25 for every $150 consultation sold (paid on completed consultations). On-Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $67,000 per year when averaging 4 completed consultations per day . (For full-time staff members)
Training Period:
First 90 days at an $18 per hour base; the per-consultation bonus remains unchanged during training.
Qualifications:
At least two years in a high-performing sales environment, showcasing a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Flexible schedule. Must live in Miami and be flexible to work from different office spaces. Comfort and experience with utilizing CRM systems to track and optimize sales processes.
