POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position will be responsible for overseeing the processing of all daily sales within the assigned site location. Additionally, this position is responsible for assigning and monitoring daily tasks and assisting with training and development of Contract Processors. This position also works with sales management and other departments to determine disposition of challenged accounts and assists in providing solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Assigns and monitors daily assignments of contract processing staff. Reviews and ensures all daily sales contracts are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures daily processes are aligned with company and departmental policies and procedures. Reassigns tasks or alters schedule as necessary to maximize the use of personnel. Assists with processing of contracts when necessary. Performs audits of contracts, deposits, and daily reports. Empowers, motivates and develops contract processing staff members to participate and assume additional responsibilities by promoting teamwork. Always resolves conflict while maintaining composure and professionalism. Balances team and individual responsibilities and contributes to building a positive team environment. Assists management with preparation of coaching and performance reviews; performs 1- 1 coaching sessions with staff as needed to provide feedback and evaluation as well as develop an action plan for follow up and improvement. Identifies and nominates staff for recognition and award programs. Communicates the current state of challenged accounts with Sales Management and Quality Assurance team members. Coordinates disposition of sale and responds promptly to requests for service and assistance. Attends meetings with department management and senior management to discuss challenges and provide feedback to enhance operating procedures. Conducts meetings with staff using a structured agenda. Attends applicable training sessions, seminars, and other developmental classes to broaden knowledge of the industry and strengthen processing ability.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED equivalency required. 4+ years of contract preparation experience. 4+ years cash handling experience. 1+ years experience as a supervisor or lead required. Must be able to work weekends and late shifts as needed. Must be able to multi-task. Excellent communication skills. Excellent cash handling skills. Must be able to type 45 WPM. Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be detail oriented and well organized.
