The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and a proven track record in the BDC. This role requires effective communication and the ability to motivate staff while ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties Ensure the team meets Appointment targets and performance goals. Train, mentor, and support team members in automotive BDC techniques, including phone/appointment strategies. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development. Handle customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives. Provide ongoing sales support to team members, assisting with outbound/inbound BDC initiatives as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within automotive BDC Strong mathematical skills, particularly in retail math, to analyze data effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and motivate staff. Experience in outbound sales is a plus; familiarity with upselling techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A strong understanding of market trends and customer needs within the automotive industry.
