Position Summary:
Delta Life is seeking a manager to lead and grow a team of Home Service Insurance Agents in south Atlanta and Macon north area This leadership role combines sales management, agent development, and customer service responsibilities. You will be responsible for driving results in life insurance sales, premium collections, recruiting, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of home service insurance agents Monitor daily performance and hold agents accountable for sales, collections, and prospecting goals Recruit, interview, and onboard new agents to build a high-performing team Conduct weekly team meetings and field visits with agents for training and development Manage district route books and ensure customer accounts are serviced regularly Drive premium growth and reduce policy lapses through effective leadership Communicate regularly with Leaders and attend all required leadership meetings
Qualifications:
Must be currently licensed to sell life insurance in the state of Georgia Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience (life insurance preferred) Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred Strong recruiting, coaching, and accountability skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hands-on leadership style Ability to build trust and relationships with both customers and team members Must be able to pass a background check
