HVAC Supervisor Cherokee County & North Atlanta Suburbs Fritts Heating & Air Are you a natural leader with deep expertise in HVAC systems and a passion for operational excellence? Fritts Heating & Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our growing team across both residential and commercialprojects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage daily HVAC operations, coordinate field teams, and ensure the highest quality standards on every job site—from family homes to large-scale commercial installs.
What You’ll Do:
Manage all aspects of HVAC operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and overall field efficiency Be actively involved in both residential and commercial installation projects, offering expert guidance and oversight Lead teams of technicians and installers on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness Oversee multiple projects to ensure completion within budget and scope Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
