- Manager Sales Support
- is responsible for managing client facing staff that provide ongoing support to external clients. Supports efforts to build robust relationships with brokers and clients. Provides oversight for annual renewal activity and ongoing issue resolution.
- How you will make an impact:
- + Supports activities associated with AmeriBen’s growth and retention strategies.
+ Responsible for a team of Employer Service Rep’s while ensuring accountability and collaboration. + Ensures policy and procedure continuity. + Identifies and implements best practices, including problem solving and improvement process, and training and development. + Supports client facing escalations and assists with developing resolution outcomes. + Provides oversight and supports Sales Support projects. + Analyzes production activities and maintains records and monthly reports. + Coordinates researching of product and processing issues. + Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the health insurance or related industry, including significant experience in at least one area such as Operations, Sales, Service, or Account Management; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- + Previous experience in a people leadership role highly preferred.
+ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills preferred. + Previous experience in a healthcare insurance client facing accounting management role highly preferred.
