Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Manage staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance. Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to the continuous improvement of strategies and practices. Communicate effectively with team members, upper management and other departments. Maintain accurate and up to date reports. Drive sales growth through effective management strategies and customer engagement. Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor information. Availability on weekends Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Proven track record and experience in a management role or related experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Tech savvy – We work with state of the art DMS, CRM, and Project Management tools. Professional, Dependable, Energetic, and Interpersonal Skills.
