As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a talented and experienced Automotive BDC Manager to lead our dynamic Business Development Center team and drive continued success.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a proven leader to oversee our Sales BDC Representatives and optimize our lead generation and customer engagement strategies. As the BDC Manager , you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the BDC department, coaching and developing team members, improving performance metrics, and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support BDC Representatives in handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Monitor lead flow and ensure timely follow-up on all sales opportunities. Set performance goals, track KPIs, and implement action plans for continuous improvement. Provide ongoing training, motivation, and performance feedback to BDC staff. Collaborate with sales managers and department heads to align BDC efforts with dealership goals. Maintain and improve CRM processes to ensure accurate data entry and lead tracking. Analyze campaign effectiveness and customer trends to inform future strategies. Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

Automotive BDC management experience required (minimum 2 years). Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Proficiency with CRM systems (Focus, DealerSocket, VinSolutions, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Results-driven mindset with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer experience. Ability to work on-site and lead by example in a fast-paced dealership environment. High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Experience:

Automotive experience: 5 years (Preferred) We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission.
