Overview:
As a Wireless Sales Specialist, you will be able to work with AT&T products and services, interact with customers, provide tailored solutions, present available wireless options to and expedite exceptional service. The Wireless Sales Specialist role will involve: Work with customers to understand the communication and wireless services that are available to them or that they are looking for Recommending wireless devices and explain the latest products, services, and promotional upgrades that are available that month Driving sales by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience Processing mobile sales orders by handling account management Providing basic troubleshooting assistance for device and service-related issues Proactively reach out to new customers to expand services and outreach solutions
Wireless Sales Specialist Qualifications:
