What You’ll Do The Sales Administrator provides support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks, processing orders, maintaining customer records and ensuring smooth communication within sales team and between sales team and operations team in China and Finance. Some of the core tasks you will work on and oversee are:
- Process sales orders, quotes, invoices, and contracts accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, reports, and presentations.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, generating reports as needed. What You’ll Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or a similar role required
- Must be fluent in English and Chinese
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to coordinate activities with colleagues and customers in China Region
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to facilitate communications between US and China
- Ability to travel occasionally, to support business requirements Leia Inc.
