The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of our retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of resources. This role requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for driving sales in a fast-paced setting. Duties Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and negotiate solutions effectively. Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets. Conduct cold calling to generate leads for potential sales opportunities. Maintain an organized store layout and ensure compliance with company policies. Skills Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with relevant software applications for inventory tracking and sales reporting. Experience in cold calling techniques to enhance customer outreach efforts. Background in automotive sales is a plus but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability in sales management to drive team performance. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions.
