com) is a fast-growing cleaning company seeking a responsible and dependable Field Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations in the field. This is an active, hands-on role that requires mobility, communication, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks at job sites
• Deliver and retrieve cleaning supplies as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients when necessary
• Provide support to cleaners in the field
• Step in to assist with cleanings on occasion
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Fluent in Spanish
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Punctual, professional, and self-motivated
• Prior experience in cleaning or team supervision is preferred but not required

Position Details:

• Compensation:

  $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience

• Schedule:

  10 to 20 hours per week to start, with the potential to increase as the company grows

• Pay Frequency:

  Bi-weekly
