We are seeking a Sales & Service Administrator in our Neptune, NJ office to provide essential administrative support to both the sales and service departments, ensuring seamless operations and effective customer interactions. Responsibilities include managing sales and service documentation, coordinating communications, and maintaining accurate records within systems. Responsibilities Sales Administration Serve as backup for invoicing duties. Utilize and support Epicor ERP system functionality. Manage and troubleshoot EDI transactions. Create, distribute, and update price lists within Epicor. Generate and analyze sales reports. Collect and distribute materials for Board Reports. Collect and compile expense reports for the sales team. Sales Support Provide support for National Accounts, with potential to manage junior accounts. Communicate with branch managers and support staff at distributor locations. Lead customer onboarding for DT Connect (Tier 1 customers using Pulse XTR2 and AXIS).

Support service sales process:

o Create RMAs and manage service-related quoting and follow-up. o Conduct outbound service calls (e.g., Trutest). o Provide Level 1 technical support. o Improve customer experience related to the RMA process. Handle incoming calls, routing Tier 3 customer inquiries to the appropriate distributor or Business Development Manager Qualifications Experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field. Familiarity with Epicor ERP and EDI systems is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Knowledge of sales processes in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Experience with CRM platforms. Technical aptitude or background in tech support is a plus.

Full-time Pay:

$55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
